In connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018, of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 7, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, below we provide information to fulfill the information obligation

The administrator of personal data is the Kaczawskie Association with its registered office at the address Mściwojów 45a, 59-407 Mściwojów. The office of the Association is located in the Sudetic Geoscience Centre (Dobków 66, 59-540 Świerzawa. We will respond to all questions related to our Privacy Policy at kontakt@kaczawskie.pl.

We process personal data obtained during telephone, email, postal, personal contact, or from attendance lists and forms filled out by participants in our projects.

  • Names and surnames,
  • *residential address or place of stay,
  • *Personal Identification Number (PESEL),
  • *Tax Identification Number (NIP),
  • *bank account number
  • company/institution name,
  • email address,
  • telephone number.

Detailed data marked with an asterisk (*) pertain only to individuals who have signed volunteer or civil-law agreements with us and members of the Association.

We process your personal data:

  • in connection with the implementation of concluded agreements,
  • by pursuing our legitimate interests, we use your data for:
    • keeping you informed about our latest offers and events,
    • archiving and statistical purposes (only information about the place of residence).
  • with your explicit consent, we can process data for the purpose of storing data in cookies, collecting data from websites, and sending newsletters.

We provide you with the right to access your data, and you can also correct them, request their deletion, or restrict their processing. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to data portability to another data controller. If you have given your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. After withdrawing your consent for data processing, we will only retain the data for the time required by legal regulations, including accounting rules.
